Order Processing Time
We typically prepare and process orders within 1–2 business days when placed before 5:00 PM EST on weekdays (Monday through Friday). If you place an order after business hours or during weekends, we'll begin working on it the following business day.

Processing time covers the preparation of your order for shipping once we've confirmed your payment. Occasionally, during busy seasons or unexpected situations, it may take a little extra time to get your order ready, but we'll make sure to update you about any delays.
As soon as your order is prepared and ready for delivery, you'll receive a confirmation email containing tracking information to monitor your package's journey.
Please note that we don't process orders, ship items, or make deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required, and no hidden fees. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and transit time is 3–5 business days. Total time after ordering on the site to reach at your doorstep is 4–7 business days.

We ship all packages through United States Postal Service (USPS) standard delivery. Delivery timeframes follow USPS estimates and may differ depending on your specific location.

- Continental U.S: We ship to all 48 states in the U.S
- Alaska & Hawaii: Shipping available; any extra costs will appear at checkout.
- International Shipping: Currently unavailable
- PO Boxes: We cannot ship to postal boxes
- Delivery Delays: Severe weather or carrier issues may occasionally impact delivery times, and we appreciate your patience during these uncommon situations
How can I update my shipping address?
Contact us at support@akaian.com within 24 hours of ordering if you need to update your address. Address changes aren't possible once your package has been dispatched.
How do I cancel my order?
Reach out to us before your order is dispatched and we'll process a complete refund within 24 hours, no questions asked.
My package arrived damaged. What should I do?
When your item is damaged upon arrival:
- If you're home during delivery: Reject the package and contact us immediately
- If delivered in your absence: Email us right away with photos and we'll guide you through our Return Policy process
What happens if my order gets lost in transit?
Contact us if your package doesn't arrive within 3–6 business days. We'll coordinate with USPS to locate your order. For confirmed lost packages with correct addresses, we'll send a replacement free of charge.
Please note: We cannot replace orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
