Contact us by phone or email within 30 days of delivery if you're unsatisfied with your purchase to request a refund. Review the complete return policy details below.
Please note: Sale and discounted items are final purchases and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Package: All items need their complete original packaging
- Incorrect Items Received: Contact us within 30 days if you received something different than ordered, we'll arrange return and replacement
- Defective or Damaged Items: We accept returns for items that are damaged or defective upon receipt. Please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.
Return Process
Email support@akaian.com with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and prepaid label. We respond within 24 hours during business hours (9am–5pm EST).
After approval, pack the item securely in its original box, apply the return label, and ship with the designated carrier. Returns lacking RMA numbers cannot be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items: We pay return shipping costs
- Other returns (e.g., change of mind): Customer covers return shipping costs
Refund Timeline
Approved returns receive refunds to the original payment method within 10–12 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Occasionally, we may arrange secure bank transfers when payment platforms cannot process standard refunds. We don't provide refunds via CashApp, Payoneer, Venmo, or similar services.
No Exchanges
We don't offer exchanges. Return your current item for a refund, then place a separate order for the preferred product.
No Restocking Fees
Akaian never charges restocking fees on any approved returns, we value straightforward, fair policies.
Deliveries to an incorrect address
We deliver to checkout addresses exactly as entered. Packages sent to wrong addresses due to customer entry errors aren't our responsibility, please verify your information before placing your order.
Sale Items
Discounted and clearance merchandise represents final sales with no returns, refunds, or cancellations after processing.
