Refund policy

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if an item doesn't work out, we have a 30 day return policy to make things right.

1. Eligibility & Conditions

  • Timeframe: You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Item Condition: To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in brand new condition. This includes being unused, undamaged, and having all original packaging, tags, and accessories attached.
  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any fees for restocking returned items.

2. Shipping Costs & Responsibility

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Customer Preference: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind (e.g., wrong size ordered or color preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original Shipping: Please note that shipping fees paid at the time of the original purchase are non-refundable.

3. The Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@akaian.com with your Order ID and the reason for the return. If the item is damaged, we will provide a prepaid return label.
  2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original box, ensuring all paperwork and components are included.
  3. Ship It: Follow the instructions provided in our email response to send the package back to us.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to verify it meets our condition requirements.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the funds to your account.
